Principals

Michael Fishman - Senior Partner and Client Director

As the founder of FCG, Michael is a stickler for providing the highest level of customer service. Michael developed his skills in operations and performance management as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Leemak Training Systems before starting his own firm. His long history of working with Fortune 500 clients gives him keen insight into all aspects of an organization and how to be a catalyst for driving improvements. Michael has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from UC Berkeley and earned his MBA in Venture Management/Corporate Finance from USC.

John Goble - Engagement Director - Sales Enablement

John heads our sales enablement practice after holding senior sales and marketing roles at IBM, Edify, Cisco, Vitria and more. John is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products as well as expanding current products into new and untapped markets. John has been called the "Cosmic Glue" of Sales and Marketing due to his skills in lead generation, product positioning and sales training. John has a BS in Electronic Engineering from Cal Poly and earned his MBA from Santa Clara University.

Steve Comes - Engagement Director - Marketing & Sales

Steve is a veteran marketing and sales executive with extensive global experience leading enterprise-level marketing programs and sales teams. Recruited by PeopleSoft to create a new department for the introduction of new products, Steve reported to PeopleSoft's CMO and managed the Global Customer Programs and Communications team. He has extensive marketing consulting experience through his work at Oracle, Cisco, SAP, Informatica, Ditech Networks and other companies. Steve graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Marketing from James Madison University in Virginia.

Steve Tennant - Engagement Director - Strategic Marketing

Steve’s focus is helping high-tech companies create new products, develop business and project plans, and grow revenues. As the owner of Tennant Consulting, Steve’s more than 20 years of consulting experience has fostered a strong partnership with FCG. Steve was the director of product strategy at PeopleSoft and then VP of Business Development, where he managed a team of 50. He’s also worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a senior client project manager. Steve earned a BBA with honors from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
